Overview :
AKKAR Projects are Types of villas occupying a constructible area of small, middle and
large villas from 250 sqm, 450 sqm, and 950 sqm for three types of villas for each size
(Islad, City % serene Villas) the two floors of each Villa. Fully finished including
Architectural sections and elevations details, Structure design package including models
and calculations, plumbing system, VRFHVAC system including HAP calculation and
electrical & low current systems and including technical specifications and Bill of
Quantities.
