The AL FURSAN project is a significant infrastructure development located in Riyadh, KSA, forming a key part of the Al Sadayem Suburb. This joint venture between NAGA KSA Office and PEC (Premiers Engineering Consultancy & Project Management) covers a massive plot area of 13,951,485 m².
The development is planned to accommodate a total population of 261,475, including 98,440 residents and 163,035 non-residential occupants. The project’s building scope includes:
– 691 villas (of 6 different types)
– 38 buildings (of 2 different types)
– 5 mosques
– 1 community center
The core infrastructure works are extensive, featuring:
– Road Network: 126,400 meters
– Wet Utilities Network: 505,600 meters
– Electrical Network: 700,000 meters
To support these systems, the project includes the construction of 2 water pump stations and 3 sewer pump stations.
