As Co-Founder and CEO of PEC Engineering Consultancy & Project Management, alongside other Co-Founding Partner provide the strategic vision and leadership that drives the firm’s mission. His passion for delivering sustainable, high-impact engineering solutions supports development ambitions across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. Leveraging over 27 years of all facets of the industry he has built PEC into a trusted partner for complex projects. He oversees the company’s end-to-end service offering, ensuring excellence from site selection and design to project management, construction supervision, and quality control.

Mr. Ageeb is known for building lasting client relationships founded on a shared commitment to quality and innovation. His strategic direction has been pivotal in expanding PEC’s influence throughout the MENA region. Furthermore, his dedication to cultivating talent is evident in robust programs designed to empower the next generation of engineering professionals in the region. Eng.Ahmed Bassiouny

Projects Director

With over 48 years of professional experience in management and design, including more than 30 years in project management across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include coordinating between disciplines through all project phases, controlling progress, costs, and quality to meet deadlines and budgets. Expertise extends to urban design, construction supervision, and preparing technical and tender documents for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Dr. NOHA SALEH

QA \ QC DIRECTOR

Over Sixteen (16) years of solid experience in quality assurance, health & safety and audit; preparing quality environmental management system and forms; advise and assist the management team in establishing and implementing an effective QEH&S MS to run the company in terms of its day to day operation as well as business development towards sustainable growth and ensures that the highest order of quality and technical competence is demonstrated in every project and that recommendations to clients represent the best solutions to their needs. Increasing health and safety awareness at all levels within the project site. Evaluating adequacy of actions taken to correct health inspection violations. Writing and revise safety regulations and codes. Maintaining and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes.

Dr. Atef KHALIL

With over 48 years of experience in the management, design, and installation of electromechanical equipment for plumbing and fire fighting systems across diverse projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. Key duties involve managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation and commissioning. This includes developing and testing cost-effective designs to improve safety and reliability, coordinating with all project stakeholders and suppliers to solve complex problems, and ensuring mechanical systems perform reliably. Proficient in managing projects within cost, safety, and time constraints using engineering principles and computer-aided design.

MAYDA MOAHMED

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Over Sixteen (19) years of solid experience in business development preparing proposal management system the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and building a strong network to drive the company’s growth. The BDM will develop strategies, conduct market research, and generate leads to expand the company’s reach in the market.

Mechanical & Infrastructure Manager

Over six (14) years of solid extensive experience in management, design, and installation of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Expertise also includes conducting HVAC load analysis, analysis and selection of HVAC equipment, preparation of specifications, cost estimates, field investigations, design of duct and piping systems, and shop drawings review for multidisciplinary engineering projects comprising commercial malls, residential compounds, hospitals, administrative buildings, multi- storey towers, entertainment and touristic resorts, restaurants, schools, banks, hotels, factories and industrial buildings.

ABD ELHAMID AMR

Electrical Manager

With over 18 years of professional experience designing electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage networks. Expertise covers the entire project lifecycle, from preparing electrical designs, tender documents, shop drawings, and BOQs to supervising installations and managing the testing and commissioning of large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include leading engineering teams, coordinating with other disciplines and authorities, and ensuring compliance with all local and international standards. Proficient in value engineering, load/voltage drop calculations, and ELV systems (FAS, CCTV, Data, etc.) for a wide range of administrative, commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.
