Overview :
ODFI factory project is composed of a factory occupying a constructible area of 21200 sqm set within a total area of 47,000 sqm. Entertaining a total built-up area of 4,000 sq. m, the two floors of office space; and an -Meanwhile, the factory building consists of two double-height floors The factory ground floor functions as a manufacturing zone and a storage area for raw materials and finished goods whereas the first floor is reserved for a free-span production are a mixed-use development with Khedival Cairo architectural style, and is part of the Ministry of Housing; Utilities & Urban Communities plan to support and attract investments into new cities, which reflects the establishment of sustainable urban communities contributing to the development of the Egyptian state.
