refurbishment & fit-out package of HSBC Main Head Office located in Maadi – Cairo Egypt. Consists of Basement, Ground and 9 No. Floors with average area per floor of around 1,800 m2. HSBC planned to refurbish 5 No. floors of the building. The refurbishment also covered some public spaces in rest of the floors, and any necessary modifications to the buildings’ MEP systems to accommodate the new Design.
