Overview :
Solvent factory project is composed of an factory occupying a constructible area of 7000 sq m set within a total area of 8200 sqm. Entertaining a total built-up area of 1,000 sq. m, the one floor a mezzanine and one floor of office space; and an -Meanwhile, the factory building consists of two double-height floor The factory ground floor functions as a manufacturing zone and a storage area for raw materials and finished goods whereas the first floor is reserved for a free-span production area.
